Brandon focuses his practice in the area of financial institution corporate and regulatory matters. He represents banks and non-banks in a variety of corporate transactions and compliance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic planning. Brandon has advised multiple minority depository institutions and community development financial institutions with respect to participation in the Treasury’s Emergency Capital Investment Program.
Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Brandon worked in the Financial Institutions practice group of an international law firm, where he worked with large financial institutions on various derivatives regulatory and bank regulatory matters. He is now enjoying the opportunity to work with community banks and start-ups across the country.
