Brandon advises clients in intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, patent litigation, and other intellectual property litigation. His patent prosecution experience includes preparing and successfully prosecuting patents regarding software, vehicle software and systems, medical devices, mechanical devices, electrical devices, and electromechanical devices. In addition, Brandon has experience advising clients regarding patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate.
Brandon previously worked at an engineering firm that specializes in rapid prototyping and then as a patent agent before becoming an attorney.
