Professional Biography

Bonnie Henry, an Associate at Katz Banks Kumin, joined the firm in October 2022.

Prior to joining KBK, Ms. Henry served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. 

Ms. Henry received her J.D., with high pro bono distinction, from Stanford Law School in 2021.  While in law school, Ms. Henry participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where she worked on both petitions for certiorari and merits briefing.  She was a Notes Editor for the Stanford Law Review and won the award for Best Overall Team in Stanford’s Kirkwood Moot Court Competition.  She also co-led the Project Clean Slate Pro Bono, volunteered with Al Otro Lado, and was a Summer Fellow on the Africa Death Penalty Team of Reprieve UK.

Before attending law school, Ms. Henry worked as a Paralegal Specialist with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.  She received a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from Brown University.  

Ms. Henry is a member of the District of Columbia bar.
