Blake Woodward is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance.
Blake received her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Miami University. Blake is a member of the Order of the Coif. She is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.
