Bianca M. Olivadoti

Professional Biography

Bianca M. Olivadoti is an Associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents both small and large clients and focuses on all areas of employment litigation.

Ms. Olivadoti regularly litigates a wide-range of employment matters, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing as well as cases involving compliance with federal and state leave laws.  Ms. Olivadoti has experience representing employers at mediations and trials, including participation in a whistleblower trial before the Superior Court of New Jersey.  In addition to litigating employment cases, Ms. Olivadoti has conducted numerous internal investigations and has provided business counseling to employers regarding policy development and personnel actions.

While attending law school, Ms. Olivadoti was an associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and a member of the University of Miami International Moot Court Board, where she competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.  In the Moot, Ms. Olivadoti advanced to the elimination round of 16 out of 296 teams and received an honorable mention for the Pieter Sanders Award: Best Memorandum for Claimant.  Ms. Olivadoti also worked in the Academic Achievement Program as a Writing Dean’s Fellow and received several awards during her law school tenure, including the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement (Highest Grade) in Evidence, Investor Rights, Mediation, and Torts.  Prior to her graduation, Ms. Olivadoti completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
