Ben represents and advises lenders, owners, landlords and developers from inception through close in a variety of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing.
Ben enjoys the nuances of each deal and likes learning something new every day. He adapts well to clients' needs and styles and usually responds to emails within 30 minutes.
Ben's skills include:
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and lease agreements
- Reviewing title documents and negotiating title policies
- Reviewing land surveys and condominium maps
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Ben gained experience in real estate transactions as an intern at a Salt Lake City-based law firm and at a large real estate development company. Ben also served as a legal extern in the Supreme Court of Utah.
Before law school, Ben studied finance at Brigham Young University with an emphasis in real estate and interned for a large investment bank. In his free time, you can find Ben watching college football, serving in his community, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
