Benedikt focuses his practice on Corporate Law, and in particular Company Law, Capital Markets and Restructuring and Insolvency.
During his legal traineeship, Benedikt gained experience as a student assistant at LMU Munich and as a research associate for an American law firm in the areas of corporate and M&A. During his legal clerkship, he served inter alia at the German Embassy in Addis Ababa.
