Audra’s practice focuses on the formation and representation of private investment funds and their sponsors within a broad range of strategies and industries, including venture, growth, real estate, energy, digital assets, buyout, as well as hedge funds. She also advises sponsors on seed arrangements with anchor investors, “funds of one”, co-investments, spinouts, internal governance, equity incentive structures and other upper tier matters and regulatory compliance.
In addition, Audra frequently advises investors with the structuring and negotiation of special purpose investment vehicles, joint ventures, and other bespoke investment structures.
