Atli Stannard, a non-lawyer, is a Senior European policy consultant in the Public Policy practice.
Mr. Stannard has broad experience in European and UK policy making. Prior to joining Covington in 2016, he worked on legislative affairs for the UK Ministry of Justice, and the European Commission Secretariat General.
