Jie Lim is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice. She primarily handles complex commercial matters including breaches of shareholder agreements, breaches of directors’ duties, breaches of fiduciary duties, and conspiracy, which frequently involve forensic investigations and expert evidence.
She has also handled tort law disputes and public and administrative law disputes, some of which have reached the Court of Appeal.
Her practice also frequently involves applying for or resisting commercial injunctions such as Mareva injunctions, Springboard injunctions, injunctions to restrain the sale of shares and injunctions to prevent the removal of company directors.
She also has experience in conducting domestic and international arbitrations and in the restructuring and insolvency practice area.
