Anna Vesco is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato, based in the Rome office. She focuses on the regulatory aspects of renewable energy projects.
Anna has deep knowledge of the International, European and Italian regulation of renewable energies and climate change. She has extensive experience of working on all matters regarding the permitting, grid connection of renewable energy projects, Italian feed – in tariffs system, trading of green, white and black certificates, transmission and sale of electric energy and has analysed a vast number of renewable energy projects (photovoltaic, wind and biomasses).
Anna has significant experience in advising investors, EPC contractors and financial institutions on the regulatory aspects inherent to renewable energy projects and in adequately addressing regulatory risks in the project related agreements.
