Anna counsels business clients on potential competition issues associated with business transactions, including prefiling requirements for mergers and acquisitions under the Hart-Scot-Rodino Act, joint ventures and collaborations, group purchasing, and resale price maintenance (RPM) and minimum advertised price (MAP) policies, and information exchange between competitors.
