Anna K. Broccolo is an Associate in the New York City, New York office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing management in employment litigation, as well as advising clients on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Ms. Broccolo’s employment litigation practice includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and enforcement and defense of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. Ms. Broccolo also counsels her clients on a diverse range of employment matters, including workplace harassment and discrimination disputes, reasonable accommodations, and legal compliance.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Broccolo spent three years representing and counseling clients at Blank Rome LLP. Ms. Broccolo also has significant experience conducting internal investigations for her clients. While attending law school, Ms. Broccolo was an editor for Fordham’s International Law Journal, a competitor in the Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, and a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, Cum Laude.
