Ann Grayson is a partner in the Litigation Department of Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Indianapolis, Indiana, office. She has nearly twenty years of complex litigation experience defending corporate clients in the toxic tort and medical device arenas. Her practice focuses on the litigation and discovery challenges facing today’s multinational corporations. Ann’s experience allows her to design practical solutions to the complicated challenges faced by her clients, while minimizing and managing future risk and cost.
As chair of the firm’s e-discovery, Data & Document Management Practice Group, Ann advises clients on the appropriate management of corporate information, provides e-discovery risk assessments, assists with vendor selection and management and facilitates cooperation and communication among clients’ Legal, Information Technology and Records Management departments.
