Anirudh is currently working as an Associate at Nishith Desai Associates. His areas of practice include M&A, Corporate Transactions and Capital Markets. He has been involved in corporate transactions relating to cross border acquisitions, slump sale and providing guidance across various sectors. He graduated from School of Law, Christ in 2021 with a B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree. His focus is to provide client-centric solutions to complex legal issues.
