Angela Duerden has significant experience representing a wide variety of employers, from small family-owned businesses to international corporations. Her practice includes providing advice and counsel to her clients on personnel matters and handling the defense of employment-related litigation. Angela actively works with clients in Florida and California and is a highly sought-after speaker on various workplace issues, including compliance with equal employment opportunity laws, disability management issues, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Angela worked in the Los Angeles and Orlando offices of a prestigious national employment law firm for 14 years. She served as law clerk to the general counsel at Konica Business Technologies while in law school, and studied in Innsbruck, Austria, prior to receiving her master’s degree in German Literature from Vanderbilt University. Angela takes an active role in Wilson Elser’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
