Angela Ennis is a global trade advisor who works to ensure client’s compliance with U.S. international trade regulations. Angela helps clients with jurisdiction & classification determinations for products & technology, design and/or improvement of trade compliance and with developing training programs.
Angela has over 20 years of experience in the international trade space as a Senior Manager for defense contractors and logistics organizations, where she has conducted risk assessments, audits & investigations, Commodity Jurisdiction and CCATS requests, and has deployed scalable process automation software solutions to reduce risk of compliance escapes. Angela is a Licensed Customs Broker with experience in classifications, country of origin, special duty programs and has assisted in Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) development and implementation certifications.
Angela is a member of the North Alabama International Trade Association (NAITA) and has participated in the U.S Department of State’s DECCS user group for the enhancement of DDTC’s licensing platform.
