Dr. Andrzej Kiedrzyn, a licensed legal advisor (radca prawny), specializes in commercial and administrative law, litigation and customs matters, joint ventures and privatization matters, and is based in the firm's Warsaw office.
From 1990-1991, he served as Vice-Consul at the Polish Consulate in New York and from 1991-1994, he served as First Secretary of the Consular Department at the Polish Embassy in Washington, D.C. As a member of the Polish governmental delegation, he participated in the United Nations conference on settlements of international conflicts and the United Nations conference on Sea-Bed Organization.
Dr. Kiedrzyn provides and advises clients on technical legal issues and transactions, while at the same time providing invaluable counsel on dealing with Polish government agencies, especially from a cross-border perspective. This experience proves invaluable especially for clients involved with negotiating economic incentives, governmental concessions, and offset agreements.
Dr. Kiedzyn graduated from Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 1982. He obtained his doctorate degree in law at Jagiellonian University in 1990. He is fluent in English.
