Andrew Z. Smith has experience in numerous areas of litigation, including: complex commercial litigation, products liability, electronic discovery, data and privacy protection, and insurance coverage litigation. His experience extends to both state and federal courts and involves all phases of a dispute, including pre-litigation, discovery, trial and appeal. Andrew also has broad experience in e-discovery, including advising clients regarding legal hold obligations to assisting with collection, search and production of data. As part of his practice, he has experience in security preparedness and data breach response coverage. Andrew also maintains a diverse pro bono practice and serves in various leadership roles both inside and outside of the firm.
