Andrew Sfekas provides financial and economic analysis in complex matters involving antitrust and competition in healthcare and life sciences markets. Dr. Sfekas has particular expertise with pharmaceuticals and issues arising in the hospital industry, notably pricing, consumer choice, and innovation. He supports experts and attorneys across all phases of commercial litigation.
Dr. Sfekas’s research has been published in leading academic journals, including Health Economics and the Journal of Health Economics. Previously, he taught courses in industrial organization, health economics, and econometrics at Bryn Mawr College, Temple University, and Northwestern University.
