Andrew Wool focuses his practice on representing institutional investors and sponsors of private investment funds. He represents investment managers of open-end and close-end funds on formation, regulatory, compliance and governance matters. Andrew also regularly negotiates and structures private equity and hedge fund investments on behalf of pension plans, insurance companies, foundations and family offices.

Andrew also has significant experience representing creditors, asset purchasers, debtors and distressed debt investors in bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings.
