Andrew C. Sharpe represents developers in all aspects of condominium, mixed use and planned developments. He is actively involved in the preparation of condominium documents (including residential, branded residences, conversion, mixed use, commercial and condo-hotel projects), representation of developers before the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements for the sale of pre-construction condominium units and representation of developers at bulk closings\grand openings. In addition to his concentration on condominium and mixed use developments, Andrew advises clients on general real estate matters.
