Andrew B. Buckman focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling. Andrew represents employers in federal and state court litigation proceedings, defending against a wide array of claims - ranging from wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation to alleged FMLA, ERISA, and wage and hour violations. Further, Andrew counsels employers on various issues, seeking to avoid potentially costly litigation before it can arise.
Andrew is also experienced in a variety of other litigation areas, including complex commercial litigation, franchise litigation, and real estate litigation.
Andrew graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 with degrees in Philosophy and Government-American Politics. He received his juris doctor degree with honors from the Emory University School of Law in 2006. After graduating from Emory Law, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Harvey Weissbard on the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
