Andrew D. Allen focuses his practice on complex tax controversy and tax litigation. Drew has represented clients in the US Tax Court, US District Courts, US Court of Federal Claims, in addition to US Courts of Appeals. He has also counseled clients at various levels of administrative proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), and the California Employment Development Department (EDD).
