Andres F. Puerta advises clients on labor and employment matters. Before joining the firm, Andres was a law clerk to the Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
While attending Rutgers Law School, Andres served as a student attorney in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where he met with aspiring entrepreneurs to assist them with legal incorporation status and filings, operating agreements and corporate bylaws, trademark searches and commercial lease agreements. He was also Senior Editor for the Race and the Law Review and a research fellow for Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance, where he researched current legal issues impacting businesses with a special emphasis on developments in New Jersey corporate law.
Prior to attending law school, Andres received a certificate of completion in paralegal studies from Farleigh Dickinson University.
Andres is fluent in Spanish.
