Andrea Tempestini is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato, based in its Milan office. He focuses his practice on domestic and international tax issues relating to M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, debt restructurings, use of financial products, syndicated corporate financing.
Andrea advises Italian and international companies, including financial institutions and private equity funds, on a broad spectrum of tax matters also relating to their ordinary activity.
Andrea completed an internship with the Dutch and Luxembourg offices of a leading law firm and he has lectured on several tax matters at various institutions and also at large corporations within dedicated seminars and workshops.
He is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) and of the International Tax Committee of the Milan Chartered Accountants association.
