As an Associate in Ryley Carlock’s Transactional group, Amy primarily serves corporate clients and financial institutions. She assists with a range of matters including real estate lending loan transactions, contract drafting, entity formation and governance, intellectual property, and other corporate transactions. She also handles advertising law, FDA law, estate planning and environmental law matters for clients.
