Amanda focuses her practice on securities transactions, public offerings, and other general corporate matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services. Amanda rejoins Mintz after working as a Summer Associate at the firm in 2017.
During law school, Amanda served as a legal extern with the Victim Rights Law Center in Boston where she helped sexual assault survivors with their legal needs, including U visa applications and asylum applications. She was also a member of the International Law Journal. Amanda served as treasurer of the Latin American Law Students Association and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Prior to attending law school, Amanda worked as a paralegal officer with a Boston-based investment bank, with a focus on regulatory filings and board governance for investment management companies. Earlier, she worked as a paralegal at a Woburn-based law firm.
