Allison S. Cordova represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
While in law school, Allison was a summer legal intern at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Office of General Counsel, and a clinical student at both Harvard Law School’s Estate Planning and Transactional Law clinics.
