Allison Sherrier is a Corporate associate in the firm’s New York office. She represents public and private companies in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions. In addition, Allison has significant experience advising clients regarding the formation of private equity funds, structuring CPOM transactions and on general corporate governance matters.
She serves on the American Bar Association’s Private Target Study Working Group, which publishes the biennial Private Target Mergers & Acquisitions Deal Points Study – generally considered the most credible and reliable source of information on private middle-market M&A transactions in the U.S.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Allison worked for a large international firm and spent a year seconded with Pfizer. Currently, Allison works across a wide spectrum of industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and retail.
Allison received her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law, magna cum laude, and her B.A from the University of Virginia.
