Alison Levin Nadel is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Washington, D.C., office. Alison has successfully represented clients in arbitrations and other complex litigation. She has represented numerous clients in cases involving intellectual property, including cases involving allegations of patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition and counterfeiting. She has also represented clients in complex commercial contract disputes, business tort matters, and defense of qui tam litigation involving both state and federal False Clams Acts. Alison has extensive experience with electronic discovery.
