Alexandria A. Gardella

Professional Biography

Alex Gardella is an associate attorney in the Ogletree Deakins Cleveland office. Alex represents employers of all sizes in litigation involving allegations of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, misclassification, class and collective wage and hour actions, and other related issues. She also provides counsel regarding accommodation of disabilities, preparation of employment policies, and restrictive covenants.

Alex received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, summa cum laude. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and completed a legal externship in the Office of the Ohio Attorney General. She served as a Peer Tutor in the areas of Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, and Legal Profession. Alex also regularly participated in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s brief advice clinic at the Norma Herr Women’s Shelter.
