Alexandra Lewis

Professional Biography

Alexandra Lewis focuses her practice on antitrust and competition law, including antitrust litigation and compliance matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Alexandra’s experience includes working on ongoing investigations into price fixing, bid rigging, insider trading, sale of unregistered securities and corresponding litigation matters. Alexandra also conducts research on issues in antitrust law and criminal law and procedure.

While in law school, Alexandra was a chapter director for the International Refugee Assistance Project, and served as co-editor-in-chief for the Project’s inaugural student publication. In her role as chapter director, she did casework management, policy research and advocacy in Beirut, Lebanon for international refugees seeking resettlement.

In addition to her dedicated pro bono work, Alexandra completed a full-time externship with the Antitrust Division at the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC, and was an honors intern with the Enforcement Division at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Los Angeles.
