Alex is an associate attorney focusing on corporate and real estate matters. He assists with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and securities-related projects.
Prior to joining Varnum, Alex served as a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he examined brokerage records, financial statements and SEC filings and assisted with investigations and trial preparation with regard to securities law violations. He also served as a judicial extern for the 17th Circuit Court in Grand Rapids.
