Organizations of all sizes rely on attorney Alec Wong for representation across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract and business disputes, insurance-related issues, and unfair competition.
Building on his experience working with appellate court judges, Alec helps clients and colleagues strategically navigate the challenges of high-stakes and often complex litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration venues.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Alec was a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Perez Friscia of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. During his law school years, Alec served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, worked as a student attorney at the Impact Litigation Clinic within Seton Hall Law School’s Center for Social Justice, and was a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Alec served as a project assistant in a New Jersey office of a major international law firm. In that role, he supported attorneys and paralegals defending clients in product liability and mass tort cases.
