Adrienne Rosenblatt is an attorney in the firm’s real estate group. Her experience includes real estate, construction, and federal and Massachusetts environmental and energy law. Adrienne has hands-on experience in the construction industry that lends a depth of knowledge to her work as a real estate lawyer. Before becoming a lawyer, Adrienne was a project manager and project engineer for Clark Construction Group, LLC. In this role, she managed multi-million-dollar real estate projects involving managers, superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other design consultants. Adrienne holds a LEED AP BD+C certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. This recognizes her as an Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs as an associate, Adrienne was a legal intern with Boston’s Clean Air Task Force conducting legal and regulatory research for climate change litigation; a judicial intern with the Honorable Allison Dale Burroughs in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts; and a legal intern for the Division of Environmental Protection at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
