Addar Weintraub is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office where she practices in the Litigation and International practice groups.

Ms. Weintraub is a member of the New York bar.  She is currently not admitted in the District of Columbia, but is supervised by principals of the firm.

Representative Matters

• Representing Eli Lilly in the NAFTA/UNCITRAL arbitration Eli Lilly & Company v. Canada.

• Conducted internal investigation for energy services client in connection with federal conspiracy and bribery prosecution.

• Representation of a federal detainee in habeas corpus litigation.

• Provided analysis and advice to civil society organizations concerning wartime freedom of expression rights in an African country.
