Adam Cooper is an associate in the Dallas office, where he is a member of the health care and FDA practice group. Adam’s practice focuses on a variety of health law issues, including health care regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues for hospitals, health systems, and other ancillary health care providers such as durable medical equipment suppliers, pharmacies, home health and hospice agencies, laboratories, diagnostic testing facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and long term care facilities. His scope of work includes analysis of potential Stark Law and Anti-Kickback matters; government investigation and inquiries; federal regulatory compliance, including Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes, EMTALA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act; and assisting clients with various operational matters, including contracting and risk management issues.
