Professional Biography

Adair M. Smith is an associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation, preventive advice, and counseling.

Adair is experienced in all stages of litigation and has handled discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. In 2019, Adair was second chair in a civil jury trial where she helped obtain a favorable verdict for the defendant.

While attending law school, Adair was an articles editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review, graduated in the top quarter of her class, and received the Henry A. Morrill Constitutional Law Prize.
