Aaron leads the firm’s commercial, technology and intellectual property law practice in the United States. He advises clients on a host of subjects ranging from market entry and incorporation in India, investments and technology deals, product launches, privacy, data protection, data localization, cyber security, IP structuring, digital payments, commercial communications, consumer protection, commercial contracts, and sectoral considerations such as in the telecom, insurance, banking, fintech, and government procurement sectors.
Aaron has an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
Aaron is the Vice Chair of the Technology-Media-Telecommunications Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and winner of the IPBA Annual Scholarship for Young Lawyers in 2019. Aaron was named as a ‘Go To Thought Leader’ for data privacy by The National Law Review in 2022. In 2023, he was listed as a Recognized Lawyer for ‘Fintech and Financial Services Regulatory’ by Legal500 Asia Pacific and a ‘Top TMT/FinTech Lawyer’ in India by Asian Legal Business.
