Aarathi is currently working as an Associate at Nishith Desai Associates. Her areas of practice include M&A and Corporate Transactions. She graduated from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi in 2019 with a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree and completed her LLM in International Business and Economic Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C. in 2020. She has been involved in corporate transactions ranging from cross-border M&A to private equity investments. Aarathi has a keen interest in the interplay between anti-trust and trade law and the evolution of the corporate regulatory landscape.
