The USCIS has announced the release of a new Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, with a new format to improve intake processing and provide fillable Adobe features. Editions of the Form I-140 dated January 06, 2010 and later will be accepted for 60 calendar days, until December 30, 2012. After this date, the USCIS will only accept the October 1, 2012 edition.
