USCIS announced that they would be offering a 30 day extension of the comment period for the Form I-924, Application for Regional Center Under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.  Comments will now be due 9/20/2012.  The information collection notice allowing for a 60-day public comment period was previously published in the Federal Register on May 10, 2012, at 77 FR 27473.  Unfortunately, USCIS received only one submission from one commenter in response to the 60-day notice.
