Note: First Lady Jill Biden departs Washington today for travel to Namibia and Kenya, from February 22-26 to strengthen the United States’ partnerships on the African continent and advance shared priorities in the region. The First Lady’s visit follows the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit late last year. This will be her sixth visit to Africa, first visit to Namibia, and third visit to Kenya.

Looking ahead: on Friday, February 24, the Vice President will hold a meeting on access to reproductive health care.
