We often find that when it is time to divide the parties’ assets one, or sometimes both, people want to keep the house because of an emotional attachment to it.  In other instances, the financial uncertainty caused by the divorce causes both parties to try to grab whatever cash accounts are available.  This interesting article from CNN Money explores another issue that is often not considered by parties to a divorce although it should be:  retirement.
