On Your Radar: New Requirements for Plan Sponsors

Plan sponsors should be closely monitoring the “Securing a Strong Retirement Act,” which recently passed the U.S. House of Representatives. The new law also has favorable support in the Senate and would, among other things, impose additional requirements on employers that sponsor 401(k) and 403(b) plans. Read more.
