He started his career at FedEx Ground in 1994 as a Staff Attorney and has held his current position since 2011. As Assistant Secretary of Labor, Mr. Mugno would have overall responsibility for OSHA including the regional and area offices tasked with ensuring employer compliance with workplace safety and health standards and regulations.
