On February 2, 2105 at 47 NJR 319, the Department of Health published notice of its readoption with amendments to its rules and the proposal of a new rule governing the Certificate of Need application and review process. The proposed new rule would offer the 11 hospitals currently providing elective PCI without on-site cardiac surgery the opportunity to participate in a Statewide demonstration project as a follow-up to the earlier C-Port demonstration project administered by Johns Hopkins University.

On February 2, 2105 at 47 NJR 406, the State Board of Nursing published notice of its proposal of amendments to its rules and the proposal of a new rule designed to clarify the scope of practice for certified homemaker-home health aides and the process by which individuals obtain and renew certification.
