The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Chairman Franc Lee, Commissioner Kent Nicaud and Commissioner Jeremy Felder were all in attendance. The following matters were considered:
FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY
The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:
- Stephen Paul Heard – Beau Rivage Resorts, LLC d/b/a Beau Rivage Resort & Casino
- Michael Joseph Tamburelli – Gold Strike Casino Resort, L.L.C. d/b/a Gold Strike Casino Resort
- Daniel Richard Lee – Silver Slipper Casino Venture, LLC d/b/a Silver Slipper Casino
- Martha Patricia Schuessler – Gaming Arts, LLC
- John Joseph Connelly IV – Interblock USA L.C.

- IOC Lula, Inc., d/b/a Isle of Capri Casino Entertainment Resort
- Finding of Suitability of Johnson Brothers Rental Company, L.P. to receive a percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue of IOC-Lula, Inc.
- Finding of Suitability of Johnson Brothers Management Company, LLC to receive a percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue of IOC-Lula, Inc.
