In 2017, the EEOC conducted a comprehensive study on harassment in the workplace. One of the study’s recommendations was for employers to encourage more civility in the workplace. This webinar discusses what constitutes uncivil behavior, what the costs employers pay for tolerating incivility, and what steps employers may take to foster a more civil workplace.
